Hi, can i download snapshots from secondlife to my PC?

Yes. When you open it in the viewer you can save it on your local HD
You must have full permissions to do that

You can also save snapshots directly on your HD and save the L$10 you must pay otherwise
To do that click your camera and choose the appropriate setting
