i sold my land. Tried to adjust my teir level to zero, but it continues to show me at the $40 teir.

i am landlesss and trying to adjust my teir, but the radio button to do so seems locked.

Was the land deeded to group?

If so, check the land group and change your donated land back to zero.   You should then be able change the radio button on the website to zero.

If you look on https://secondlife.com/my/account/ on the left side in the "Land Manager" check in both My Mainland  & Group Land. If you have anything in either one (apart from your 512sqm tier free allowance) then you will be charged a tier fee for it.

If it turns out to be group contributions, you can delete them in the Group Info on the Land Tab.
