forgotten password and no longer have email address. options?

  I am currently logged in now on my AV but forgot the password, lost the paper with my passwords on it in a move, and no longer have the email address for the AV. I tried finding a report ticket option but couldnt find it. The IP is the same etc etc. It's my oldest AV and I figure eventually the auto login will burp somehow and I'll need to manually enter it. Whats my options to retrieve it? ticket? call? and help would be great.
