You can try Smith, Pooley, Lime or Aqua. Those are the most mentioned.

You can choose another location on the login screen, such as Smith or Pooley which are lag free sims, and then try to TP to your home.

Could you please explain what's the error message you get when you try to login to your home?

You may have to clear completely your cache outside SL and then relog.
