Prims on land

i have purchased a structure which they advertise as fitting perfectly on my land parcel, however it has twice the amount of prims than what the land allows.

Can i add Prims to mt land parcel to allow this structure on it??

No. The only way to raise the allowed Prims is to get more land

If you own mainland, see if you can buy another parcel - in the same sim (region) - and then leave it empty. Then you can use all the prims from both parcels on your first parcel. This only works if you own both parcels in the same sim (named region). Your monthly tier payment direct to Linden Lab will likely increase if you do this. Review the About Land information before you buy, it will tell you how many prims you are getting and it will tell you if there are any covenants that restrict what you can do with the land. 

If you rent from a landlord and do not pay tier directly to Linden Lab, ask your landlord.

If you bought the building on the Marketplace, you can post a review stating that it is not suitable for that size plot & if you read the details again & consider them to be misleading, you can report the seller for false advertising.
