Hi again Ninjawolf,

You have my sympathy, not only the one error that no one can help with (SL cannot be accessed from this computer) but the weekend too, when support is notoriously less responsive. :(

If you have any other computer that you can use/borrow, you would be able to get in with no problem, but sadly on the one that is blocked you won`t get in on any viewer or any avatar, as you have probably discovered.

You can try appealing for help from the free billing number, it is not their job, but they do occasionally have helpful moments if you are lucky. At least you get to speak to a real person and it doesn`t cost anything, but there is a good chance they will just say submit a ticket.
