Paul Hexem
I used to see lots of posts complaining about bots on the mainland that would buy parcels the instant they were set for sale.I'm trying to get rid of a parcel now, and I keep lowering the price on the thing (1296 for 1k L$ currently, and falling) and I'm wondering how low I have to go before one of these famed bots comes and takes this thing from me.Any ideas? Melita Magic
Last I heard, it was less than .7 per meter. And yet...and yet...I still see so many delusionally priced parcels around...including one of my neighbors who still must think I'm going to pay extortionate prices because I must.have.all.land. (Not gonna happen) There are groups who will pay you 1L per meter. Rather than abandon land or price it for bots, try one of those. They usually have ads roadside. Wildcat Furse
I bought a piece of mainland today that was available since a few weeks (3000 l$ for 4096sqm) ...the bots didn't buy it @0.732 /sqm ... I think that the triggerpoint is 0.4-0.5 l$/sqm *meows*
Knowl Paine
I agree, I think the price is around 0.4 - 0.5 L$ per meter
Peewee Musytari
1296 sqm is an awkward size, you might find it sells faster if it were a 1024 & a 272, or even an 1120 & 176, as 1120 is still is the 1024 tier level if bought for group. At least you might get a decent price for the majority of it that way instead of selling it all at rock bottom prices.
Pussycat Catnap
Bots won't trigger until you go -below- 0.4L/m. Land I bought in Campion a few months ago was set to 0.42L/m by its owners, and no bot showed up, letting me snag it.

Any ideas? Yes, I do have an idea. Bots are like rats, and who are the first to abandon a sinking ship?
