my account won't let me downgrade to a basic account

my account won't let me downgrade to a basic account. It says I must have credit card info on file. But I did have. I have since cancelled it, as I didn't want Linden to take my money!

If you still own a parcel wether on mainlaind or linden home you cannot downgrade until you abandon land. Check yout lands on your dashboard > land manager.

Also, if you don't abandon land before the due date (e.g. August 10) you will be charged and remain premium for the next month coming. Also make sure you take back all your private stuff to your inventory before you downgrade.

Edited: to abandon a land, go to your parcel > about land > abandon land (top mernu on your screen)
