Boots goes through the floor help?

I buy expensive boots in a store and they go through the floor. What's wrong? Is it possible to fix?

You more than likely need to adjust them to your avatar's position.  Everything you attach uses a center point for that attachment that will ad variance when you have long or short limbs.  Moving the shoe so that is rest on the ground with you stand is your first option.

Option two is to raise your avatar position within the Avatar Settings if you use Phoenix (I don't know where on other versions) and you can move the Z axis up or down to make it work better however, this will need to be changed when you wear different shoes.

You could send the Store Owner a NC explaining (in a polite way) your problem, possibly attaching a screenshot. Most will be very helpful.

Be sure to Copy anything you want to modify before you modify it, os if you mess it up,you can still go back to the original version.

Hi, if you still have problems, try to take a snapshot so we can see. It is often more easy to help. Have you worn the footshape too? That is really necessary.

Boots going through the floor could mean your shoebase is not loaded properly. I would detach and reattach a couple of times. I used to get that a lot at one time and then it just sorted itself out.

Possibly, you might not be wearing the shoe base at all, or one from a previous pair of shoes.  Check the folder with the shoes and make sure the right ones are highlighted as "worn".
