I CREATED A GROUP AND PAY FOR IT BUT I CANNOT FIND IT IN MY LISTGROUPNAME SATYRICON

When you create a group, you must have at least 2 members in it within 48 hours or the group is eliminated.  Once a group name has been used, it cannot be used again.  So if you created the Satryricon group but you were the only person in it at the end of 48 hours, it is gone forever.

When you create a group, you need to get a second person into the group within a couple of days or the group will be closed. And the problem there is that you cannot recreate the group using the same name.  If you created it last month and never got around to trying to add the second person until just now, then that's probably what has happened.
