how to upload pictures from computer to sl ???????

Can someone please tell me how does one upload a pic from your computer to the sl viewer?

Um, click upload?

In the V2 its at the bottom of your inventory, a small white plus sign. It costs 10 lindens.

If you want to update your profile picture, you go to your profile and choose edit. Uploading pictures to your profile is free.
