Issues With Linden Lab taking $ but not giving L's 8/5/2011

I loaded a new debit card that I know has $50 on it.  I checked, double checked & just checked again to make sure I have everything entered in correctly but for some reason I'm not allowed to purchase.   I keep getting a message saying "Could not purchase currency: Could not charge account.  Getting data... Please visit"  but then NOTHING else.   That's annoying enough but then, when I just called and checked my debit card account, Linden Lab charged me $1 - 3 times today.   Could someone PLEASE tell me what's going on & help fix it???   Thanks, Corra Marenwolf

The problem is that LL does not accept prepaid debit cards.  File a support ticket to try and recover the test charges LL made to the card, or contact the issuer and dispute the charges.

To use debit cards and other cards LL does not accept, I suggest you try VirWox.  They are a reputable third party $L exchange.
