Try downloading directly from their site and reinstalling.  Reboot the computer after.

That did not work. Re-instal and reboot. I tried that first.and just then again.

Tried it only a just happened two days ago only real change was uploaded latest viewer. I two different computers and internet. Still says"Sl cannot be accessed from this computer"

Did you try a Third Party Viewer to see if you get the same result? http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory

 

Does the message tell you that you can log in again after a date and time?

 

I checked here and where it mentions issues with log ins it says they corrected them: http://status.secondlifegrid.net/

 

You could try contacting LL to see if it is an issue with your account or just an issue on their end.

 

Maybe someone else has some advice.

Thanks . Yes I have tried third party viewer. Not mention of date and time. I shall try number three . And how to contact SL. the number is a robot I have heard. and trying to finll out a ticket is really hard as no real options. Not an account problem. Maybe some else does have advice. Maybe just the end of sl for me and I just have to pray for lost friends.

im having the same issue i keep getting a message saying u cant acsess your account on ur computer why is this ive tried every viewer none work for me what can i do ?
