Now everytime I try to logging I get an error. Working fine the day before

I just installed the new viewer Second_Life_2-8-1-237612_Setup. Now everytime I try to logging I get an error. I get "Sl cannot be accessed from this computer" So I tried another view same thing. An older viewer  wants me to upgrade to the newer one first. A different computer with receason viewer and older viewer. Same thing. I can log on to my Account via the Sl site so it is seems not to be an Account issue. I was on the day before everything was working fine. I have tried also resetting both computers and modem router still no luck and even an alternate internet connect. Is anyone else having issues? HELP me. I need SL. Who can I can call if needed?

LL do occasionally block computers by accident (instead of just when someone is banned) but there have been so many people with the same problem at the moment that it looks like they have blocked some generic Mac addreses and locked a lot of you out.

Only LL can unblock it. If you are premium, speak to Live Chat and they should fix you in a couple of minutes, otherwise you will need to submit a ticket.
