I have my lighting setting saved, but everytime i TP all goes back to midnight, any suggestions pls?

Hi all, I have my enviroment settings saved just the way i like it, but recently i downloaded the most recent phoenix update and since then, every time i TP my settings revert back to midnight which is most annoying, any suggestions will be appreciated, thank you. :)

There are a couple of reports related to this behavior in the Phoenix JIRA.  Take a look at

and consider adding your own comments to either of them, especially if you have information that might help developers fix whatever is misbehaving.
