Can anyone give me an estimate of how much data the average hour of SL uses?

I am trying to decide on a data plan (5GB/month) knowing that I will be on SL about 12 hours/month (a work commitment). Will I be using up all of it with SL? Also, any using SL on a device that is accessing the internet through a Mifi hotspot? The the one I am looking at is 3G with an upgrade to 4G in the next 6 months.

When I was measuring data volume quite a while ago it was about 300 MB per hour if I remember correct.
