Cant log-in saying you cannot access from this computer,its going on now 3 days?? whats going on ??

Submit a support ticket.  No one here can sort it out for you.  Only Linden Lab can do that for something like your problem (which is apparently you've been banned).

we have the same problem..i cannot log in also,started yesterday.. i already file ticket to LL ,no answer yet..

im still hoping & waiting up to now.. i don't what to do.. my friend tried to online my account to her computer

it can open,but me myself i cannot online on my personal computer.. i heard its an IP banned..

i was suprised ,i didn't do anything wrong here ,why i've been banned.. i never recieve any email or warning

from LL.. im very worried now,i have invest here in SL then everything will gone just easy like this..

Check your spam or junk mail file. Check whatever email you used when you signed up for SL. Many people use throw away emails for their SL email and for whatever reason they stop using that email...........or even close the email. Like I told Alysia only LL can help you. If you've been banned (as it appears) it will take time...........up to several weeks is what I've heard.

 

And when it's all said and done, it just ain't the end of the world........it's a Second Life, not a First Life.

all they say is SEND a report,, yea right.... i haven t got any notice from them... only thing i have is the report notice i sent them.. id number..

markjoe,,, i cant believe this, it stinks.. i know i didnt do anything wrong,i didnt receive no emails saying i was banned either... i did check my email i use for this.. everyday i go looking first thing when turn on computer...then i log on too here.. Peggy..LL better find out what kind of MISTAKES there doing.. me too,, i have a friend who buys me Lindens,cuz i dont use any credit cards on computer. i DONT trust it..

me too.. my horses,my land .. my work.. everything that i do in SL it will lose as easy like this..

im NOT HAPPY now what they done to us... i never recieve any email from LL..

i already file a ticket but messages UNDELIVERED RETURN IT TO SENDER..

what should we do now? :((

I don't know why you are screaming. No one on this forum can help you. Not one single person. You've been banned and the only people who can help are people with the sir name Linden. Submit a support ticket and wait.

 

A little advice. Don't come across with an attitude. LL does not ban accounts indisciminately..........it takes something rather major to get banned. It's possible you IP was banned because of someone who has the same IP as you did do something to get banned. It could be someone else in your house or who shares the same computer as you or even a neighbor who might have piggy backed on your unsecured wireless router. I don't know and will never find out because LL will not discuss this with anyone except the account owner (that would be you). If it's a mistake LL will fix it for you. If it's not a mistake you are probably just out of luck,.

I have same message, but I can log on from another computer. Been in SL for over 6 years, Have not been on so much lately and was surprised to see such a message. I understand you are probably posting here our of being frustrated. I know 'Peggy' can't fix it, but it is not hurting anyone to ask the question ;) I do know it is frustrating. It wont hurt me to not spend money in SL, but I will miss listening to the live music. If you can log in with a diff computer - just try that :)
