Receiving "Secondlife cannot be accessed from this computer" error.

As you probably know, that error message generally means that your account has been put on hold.  It can mean something drastic -- you have been suspended or banned -- or it could mean that LL has noticed an irregularity in your billing or some other account activity that they want to investigate.  Or it can simply mean that there is a momentary server issue.  So, almost anything from "Don't worry. Try again tomorrow." to "Don't call us.  We'll call you."  In any case, the only people who can fix the problem are at LL.  It sounds like the Live Chat person is already forwarding your request to expedite review.  I'd suggest seeing if it does clear itself up in a day or so, and then submitting a formal support ticket if it doesn't.

im having the same problem just like you are.. cannot access in with this computer???  it dont make any sense. its an Error they better fix it..

These Mac address blocks can only be unblocked by LL...They do occasionally happen by mistake but it would appear someone has blocked a generic address and hit a load of people at the same time. The same thing happened back in april.

 

Contact support, if you are Premium live chat should help, otherwise submit a ticket.
