Temp small piece of land for a workshop?

Would anyone be willing to loan me a spot on their land for a workshop so I can build undisturbed for my shop? I wouldn't use more than 200 prims (probably not even that much) and I'd clean up after myself. IM me in world if you would be willing. Thank you for reading!
