I did note-card the merchants but I was wondering isn't there any way to have the items redelivered from the marketplace? There should be a Redelivery Attempt button! I looked and can't find any way. I have my invoice and sent it to the merchants. Is the whole market system not working? I ordered 4 items and they just never show up. I did try clearing cache and relogging a few times.

You did the only thing that has to be done to get a redelivery. There is no other way than sending a notecard to the merchants.

Allow some time before you get an answer as all merchants are not online everyday, plus this is summer vacations time.

Also, when you purchase on the MP, make sure you don't fill your cart as the more items purchased at the ssame time, the more delivery failures. Buy one by one, it is safer.

You can submit a support ticket and the Linden Lab Customer Support will re-deliver the items to you.

When you create the case choose Marketplace as the type then Failed Marketplace Delivery.

Make sure to include the SLM order numbers so that they can quickly pull up your orders.

This is an option I have long wanted and in fact, built it into our own system a while back.  The user having an option to have object re-delivered if they are copy enabled.

Since the bulk of products sold in the Marketplace are fashion, they are usually copy and as such, this would be a huge benefit for merchants.  Either way, the merchant themselves should have an option for automated redelivery.

Same.  Given a choice of all of the options, one that i'd vote highly for is customer redelivery.  We also offer it inworld for inworld transactions.

We can enable it for Marketplace transactions but given that Marketplace ANS information is sent at the time of purchase and not the time of delivery, if the MP then goes comatose for 8 hours but tells our vending system that there was a purchase, someone could self redeliver inworld and then 8 hours later, MP refunds them.  Not what i'd call a transactional log by any fashion.

So that makes ANS unsuitable for this purpose and in fact logging MP transactions at all to be honest since there's no refund transaction to reverse a transaction ever sent.

I can tell you for sure the system is totally screwed up today.

Sales are WAY up from yesterday, but for any merchant who does my high volume of tiny transactions, they're going to have their hands full correcting delivery failures.

Personally, I don't think the "redeliver" button necessarily does anything, anyway.

I can't speak for all other merchants, but, for me passing the buck to LL is no excuse; people WILL get what they ordered from me, eventually, one way or another. I wish I could say that this is the standard more generally, but, sadly, I cannot. Nonetheless, merchants are not necessarily logged on 24/7, and when they are logged on, they might be prioritizing other activity and giving delivery problems a chance to correct themselves, as some of them eventually do.

Be prepared to send reminders, but, otherwise, please be patient and don't let some computer bug ruin your day. Failure to deliver things is not to anyone's advantage in the long term, and that's bound to be a compelling point if you have already made it compellingly in your messages.

what does your order history show as the status of the delivery?  If Marketplace Linden hasn't paid the merchant (i.e. transaction did not complete) then it's entirely within the domain of LL Support.

I'd also recommend sending an IM to the creator, IM's to me typically get a response within minutes if i'm not inworld.  Send a notecard and you have to wait for me to log in.  They may operate the same.  Notecards are just so 1990's :)
