V2 Viewer 2.8 problem

 before this last few updates, had not problem loading it. now i get Error message "failed to intialize properly (0xc00001d) for SecendLife.exe, but Phoenix Viewer no problem.

Until a corrected version is released, you may want to try Firestorm which is V2 based but runs perfectly:

Which seems to depend a LOT on the Hardware you're using, for me FS crashes way too much

Phoenix is Viewer 1, i don't use Viewer 1.

I have the same problem due at my old computer ( Athlon XP 1800+, Geforce 6200 256mb and 768Mb). This problem appear on Firestorm, Kokua and Kirstens. That can be due at the SSE2. Imprudence still working maybe you can try it.

So True, since the last update all I have had is bugs and crashes, yes as the last person said, I switch to firestorm to mainly eliminate my pc and to see if I was getting same probs, in fact to my suprise firestore works a treat absalute no problems, and yes, I will not move back to V2 untill I am 100% sure all is working fine, LL plz get this right no good rushing

updates if they are bugged, its like throwing fuel on a fire, switching viewers was not my choice but a forced hand by LL

Sweet. I haven't been able to run SL in the pas tlike 4 or 5 months (just crashes on load). WOrks great with Firestorm. Thanks!
