I am unable to see profiles. When I click on profile I just get a blank gray screen.

When I click on another residents profile I just get a gray blank screen. Then when I click on help the same occurs nothing but a gray blank screen. I am using beta viewer. What can I do to start seeing profiles ?

Allow cookies in your preferences settings. The web-based profiles don't display properly unless cookies are enabled.

I am also unable to see profiles and I have the cookies box checked How do  GET THE DAMMED PROFILES TO SHOW??
