There's an easy way to know whether your membership information was recorded correctly.  Go to http://secondlife.com and log in with your user id and password.  If you can log in, your account is active. Then, click on the Account link on the left side of the page.  The Account Summary will show your membership status and tell which plan you are enrolled with.  You can check all the other options to verify that your billing address and other details are correct.
