This triple water-protecred mainland sim is a stunning example of just how good mainland gets. Protected on 3 sides (and the 4th side in linden mainitence so no neighbours at all!), this sim is totally flat beach sand that can be terraformed above/below the Linden waterline giving you extensive landscaping possibilities.

Of course with access to a large amount of linden oceans, there is extensive scope for sailing/boating.

Extensive group powers are given with the only limitation on your inability to set the land up for sale. At such a fantastic price this really is a bargain for what is posssibly the highest quality mainland sim in SL.
