Question

how do i complain and who too about not receiving lindens when money has been taken from my credit card.  Today is the second occasion that this has happened.   I have written to linden labs with my transaction details with no response.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.\

Go to your Account History on your dashboard & see if you have a US$ credit on your account. It should show the money charged to CC & if it doesn`t show the exchange into L$ then the credit should still be sitting there as a US$ balance.

You can then just go to  https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/buy.php? & buy your L$ again & it will use that credit to pay for them.
