why when having a purchased an item it failed to rezz and disapeared from my inventory

when stuff fail to rez it's possible there was a temporary sim/server glitch and that the item will either re-appear in your inventory a little later or be sent to your lost and found folder.

i'd give it a little time and if it doesn't find it's way back i'd clear the cache. if it's still not back after that then i would contact the merchant. always check the merchant's profile to see what type of communication they prefer.
