I'm sure someone who uses those has updated their own, I use notepad++ and have done similar. I'm not aware of anyone that keeps an updated version for download though.

Notepad++ is an all around Swiss Army Knife of editors for pretty much any kind of language.   The Editor itself is available from http://notepad-plus-plus.org/

I have just updated the NPP UserDefinition for LSL this morning in fact.  It contains all the latest LSL as available in SecondLife as of 7 hours prior to this reply.  

This is available here: http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/commun/userDefinedLang/NPP_LSL_Language.zip   a simple text file contained in the zip explains how to add the definition to NPP, really very simple.

NB!!  it also has the additional functions supported in Aurora-Simulator (AA & BOT functions) as well as the osFunctions used by both Aurora-Sim & OpenSimulator.
