Hi trot456,

In most cases, this is a problem of your own PC protection software that won't allow applications running on your PC to establish an outbound connection. What you might want to try is check the settings of your protection software and/or firewall and make sure it accepts SL viewer as an in-/outbound communication client. Proceedings depend on what software you have here, though.
