My destinations wont show on both versions.....How can i fix this?

Both versions of what?  I suspect that you have logged into SL in Basic mode, which is fine for maybe the first half hour of your SL experience.  After that, though, you need to be in Advanced mode.  Log out.  When you log back in, select Advanced from the login screen. You should have all the features of your viewer, including Destinations.
