i have 1102 viewer and when i use the draw dist. i can not return the menu back dowm

Sounds like a screen resolution or UI size problem, because when that box is open you should see a down arrow next to the daylight cycle slider.

If the button is off of your screen, do you also not see all the boxes for the various settings or the scroll arrows for the daylight & water?

Try adjusting the things I mentioned above if that is the case.
