why is it saying when i try to transfer money it cannot authenticate me ???

Hi Jacynta,

You dont` say what sort of transfer you mean or where from & whether you mean L$ or US$, so I will assume that you are trying to add US$ credit to your account from a CC etc.

Go to https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/manage_balance.php? & try again & if you get the same error try on another browser. If that fails too, you can call the free billing number on:
