You are very limited on prims in a Linden home (117 maximum) but maybe you can find a nice jacuzzi or spa on the marketplace:

You can't really as no mods are allowed to the Linden Home itself and anyway that prim simulating water is just a couple of inches thick. You'll have to rez a pool on top of it as val suggested.

Your inventory's Library >> Textures >> Waterfalls folder contains a pretty rich collection of water textures that you can apply to prims for making pools, streams, etc.  They are full-perm textures, too, so you can even download them to your computer and combine or modify them to make custom textures for your own installation.   We do not have access to Linden water, which you see if you dig a hole in your sim and reach the water table, but you can get a reasonably nice water surface with those freebies.
