Why is it that everytime i attempt to log on around 4am SLT, that SL will not allow me to log in?

It seems everytime I attempt to log into SL (viewer 2) around 4am SLT, that SL will not allow me to log in.  I get the same msg:  "Login failed.  Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer.  If you feel this is an error, please contact support@secondlife.com".  But, if i just give up and go back to bed and then try again later in the day, then i have no problem logging in.  So i know its not my computer, as i've already cleared all the cache on my computer and rebooted several times.  What happened to "live support" anyway?  This is exactly when i need live support.  Its gets very frustrating when SL won't let me log in.

 Your ISP may be restricting bandwidth or putting other restrictions on your IP address at that time of day.  Are you in the UK or Western Europe, perhaps?
