where can i find high traffic land ?

i need high traffic land for a friend who wants to open a 50's diner. we are looking for some thing around 600-800 m2

You may wish to post something under the Land Forum (check the names of the subforums for the most appropriate one).  When you say 'high traffic', say what you mean.  Is it over 500?  Over 2000?  The higher the traffic, the more expensive it is likely to be so you might want to say what you would be willing to pay also.

One thing to keep in mind is that "high traffic land" is only high traffic because of the stores on it and events taking place. So "high traffic" one day can be 0 the next . If you mean ADJOINING high traffic land, that is another thing.

In doing your research be sure and take a little time to make sure the traffic in the neighboring parcels is legit (there is still camping going on these days but certainly not as much) or not just temporary (big contest, hunts etc.). And be aware that people move A LOT in SL, stores included. If you can find a nice plot in a complex with a long time and stable anchor, that may be your best bet. Your friend wouldn't own it, but most likely get the traffic they want. There are parcels -- even themed ones around, but it will take some looking.

I suggest looking for the 50s retro theme area and go from there. A search in the classifieds should send you on your way.
