Help! My Magic Box does not send the goods the buyer! The box my sister is working properly, it is next door. I already have a long list of purchases that were not delivered ! how can I fix it?

This happens a lot, you can read this, which in essence tells you to redeliver the item, or if you have tried that, to contact support.
