How can I IM a merchant

How can I IM a merchant for an undeliverable item.  I have name of Lisa Locke but there is no contact info on her

classified ad. She has several pages of ads.

Go in world and enter the name in search.  When it comes up, choose IM

Basically, when you need to find someone, you type their name in search and choose people.

It is highly recommended that you send a merchant a notecard rather than an IM in case they are offline or superbusy, but IM's do work so you could always try both. Most merchants respond to notecards as soon as time and circumstances allow them, keep in mind they are people just like us and may not be online when you notify them.
