Selecting Land for subdividing (Issues)

Hey everyone :)

Just a quick question, and I hope that this is in the correct forum!

When I am selecting land to subdivide it into smaller plots, i only ever seem to be able to grab land in increments of 4.  Is there any slider or setting I can tweek to make the selection smaller so it may actually fit my building?

There should be a Size slider in the Edit Terrain tab. Just slide that to the far left.

16 sq meter ( 4 x 4) is the smallest increment of land that can be selected.

4x4 = 16 square meters is the minimum plot.  If you have an irregular shaped "sawtooth" border, like road-side or water-side, you may need to subdivide the saw-teeth and then rejoin to split a larger parcel with a shared sawtooth border.
