How do you list land forsale in the marketplace?

You create a prim, name it, put a LM to the parcel and a notecard about the sale & your contact details, into the prim & you put the prim in your Magic Box. You can then go to the Marketplace and set up the listing for the prim with the land sale details & set it for sale for 0L.

You can also set the land for sale inworld if it is a straightforward sale & not some special circuumstances that you have described in the notecard.
