phoenix viewer help, not letting me put in user name, wants first and last name...

Um So i was told to get Phoenix viewer and try and see if that works, I go to log in and it is asking for my first and last name. I signed up with my username which is bpdfs... I dont have an option to put in user name and when i put in my first and last name it always says login failed! help please, what am i doing wrong?

Last name is "Resident" if you only have a single name. In your case, enter "bpdfs" as first name and "Resident" as last name.
