I can't log in on my viewer. "Incorrect name or password."

I have tried re-entering the information multiple times but to no avail. I reset my password. No change. The only viewer I could get to even open on my laptop was 1.23 but now I can't log into the viewer, only the website. I haven't even been able to play yet...

Did you try entering both your first name and your last name?  You are AtticusBane Resident.
