• ***HCD Breedables*** Is a high traffic - Popular Horse Market. We are currently looking for an Auctioneer(s) who will be available on the days/times listed below:
• *Monday 11am SLT ( Starts 1st Of August) *Thursday 11am SLT ( Starts THIS THURSDAY)
• Our Auctioneers work for tips - because this is such a high traffic area and highly popular Auction House, our Auctioneers normally walk away with a pretty good amount of tips! BUT this is not always guaranteed, Of course it depends on the person and likability of the Auctioneer!
•  We are looking for a experienced, fun, witty and energetic person who can be serious and have a laugh at the same time - Someone who can liven up the crowd and pull in some bids and of course SELL those horses! These are LIVE VOICE Auctions, so our auctioneers are required to have a working microphone or headset. Please contact Mega Spad in world for an interview!

Shouldnt Auctioneer be more then a tipped position? I mean they are helping you make money. Its not like dancers or other professions that stand aroudn to look pretty. Their entire goal is to sell your product...even commision based seems better then tip.

I agree - however due to the nature of SL limiting the way the actual sale transactions are completed (direct between buyer and seller after the auction - as opposed to through the auction house as it is in real life), a commission would be unenforceable - therefore the standard is to make everyone aware of the 10% tip 'rule' which although not enforceable is accepted as such.
