My friend owen a piece of land on Bora..but when we go on the right side of the property, we start sliding until it push us up and we end up flying to no where.. why is that?

Try contacting the sim owner.  Have never heard of that but maybe a sim reset would correct

That is a very wild experience, Helene.  You get tossed all over the place.  I notice that it only happens if you travel into the large parcel in the middle of the sim.  It doesn't seem to affect the parcel where the dance club is, for example.  I suspect that whoever owns that parcel has a security device with a script that bounces unwanted visitors.  I'll have to remember  that trick.  It's gentler than ejecting visitors.  If you own an adjacent parcel, ask the owner of that one if you can get whitelisted on his device so it doesn't make life too hard for you when you accidentally stray over the line.

Some security orbs have a push mode, thats what it sounds like. As said before ask the owner to either adjust the settings or add you to the list.

Its a security device, I used to have a tenant that had one, they are meant to be less rude than just sending people home by nudging them off of your land.
