where can i pull up a transaction history ticket for inworld transactions because i bought something and they want the transaction history for the item cause i never received it.

Transactions history are on your dashboard. Either in your account history if you purchased inworld or in you marketplace account 'order hisorty' if you did on the maketplace.

ETA: Please note that transaction history in your account don't go back more than 30 days ago. If you need a monthly record, you can save your history as a XLS or XML file.
