Is it possibal for me to change my Lindin home?

If by "change" you mean "modify", the answer is no. Linden homes are no modify so you can't add walls, remove windows, etc. There is a control panel that links to the home's website that gives you some customization options, however. The control panel lets you turn lights on or off, change the wall colors (inside and outside), change the floor textures, window shades and more.

If you want to try another one of the house styles you can abandon your current Linden home and pick another.

All Linden homes are packed close to each others. Not much space between the houses. However, you do can choose another Linden home. Go inworld, stand in your home, in "about land" click "abandon land" (make sure you take back all your own stuff to your inventory). Then quit and log to your dashboard, "get your home now" on the right of the window. Here you can choose another home from the 4 themed areas.

ETA: if you want a garden, for instance, you may look for a 512 sqm on the mainland, although you will have to put a house of your own on it. Do a search on the marketplace:
