how do I file support ticket to get my land online?

the land has been offline since 11am slt and the land owner has been on phone with LL to get land back online but has been put switch to so many representives.  I live on Terra Australis East.  & I want to file a ticket that I being kept from my home.

Submit a Support Case form > Land & Region > Report an offline Region

If you are a premium member then you can try speaking to Live Chat. If not, then a ticket as a basic member is unlikely to get dealt with faster than a phonecall from the land owner.

If it is a private sim, the owner has Concierge level support and there is a Concierge phone number listed on his support page which is the one he should be calling.
