If you purchased in Marketplace, check your account under the My Marketplace at the top of the page.  Sometimes there is a delay in delivery.

If you purchased from a shop inworld, make sure the purchase was recorded on your Transaction History (check your account on your Dashboard page).  If it was recorded, copy the transaction history for that purchase onto a notecard and send it with a polite note to the seller.
