Your login name will be S3353.  If you are using an older viewer that requires a last name, your login first name will be S3353 and the last name wil be  Resident.

Once you are inworld, you can change your Display name to Salina Shelford.  But your username will remain S3353.

If you do not like that name, S3353, you can always create another avatar and choose your name.  Your last name will always be 'Resident' so if you want the name Salina Shelford, you will have to either use it as a Display name as has been suggested or see if SalinaShelford is available as a 'first name' for a new avatar.
