Nobody here can "get this done" for you. We're all residents, just like you. That said...

Did you receive an e-mail confirmation after you signed up for your Linden Home?

 

I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

If you didn't receive your email confirmation, be sure to check your email application's spam folder.

It's also possible there could've been an error in the email process, and your Linden Home is ready and waiting for you. If your Linden Home is ready, a landmark is sent to you inworld. If there appears to be such a problem, head to the Support Portal and submit a ticket. Identify whether the email did not go through and your home is actually available, or whether there was a problem with the registration process overall.

Lindens rarely read the blog. Questions here are answered by other residents.

If your Dashboard shows you own no land and you did not receive an email confirming you now have a home and giving the location, then use the Linden Home selection link on the Dashboard again to choose the home you want. If it doesn't go through this time, use Live Chat to find out why https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/ (limited hours)

If you have not received any email from LL and if your account shows "0 sq meters current land holdings", then something probably went wrong when you chose your home. Go to your dashboard and go through the process again, choose a region and a home from the "get your home now" yellow button on the right. If you still cannot get your home (and no email notification), call Premium support via Live chat:
