I crashed after making a purchase in marketplace and didn't get my items. Help??

Hello Damien,

in such situations its good to contact the shop-Owner for a redeliver, if the Owner can see Your L$-payment and the item is copyable they wouldn't have a problem to redeliver it to You.

Go to you marketplace account > order history. See if the item is marked delivered. If i is, copy/paste the transaction number in a notecard, explain your crash problem and send the note to ther merchant asking politely for redelivery. Sellers on the marketplace are used to theses issues. Even if your item is no copy, you should have no problem being redelivered, as the transaction number is a proof of your good faith.
