Hello Cupcake and welcome to SL  Forums. There's some possibility that a poorly written application/driver uninstall inadvertently removed one or  more files which are necessary for  running the program. Have you done any driver upgrades or changes recently? Also, it could be possible that some sort of hard drive problem, system crash, or possibly a virus deleted a file.

My suggestion is to uninstall the program and install again. If the problem remains, try to download an older version of Viewer 2  Here or a Third Party Viewer Here.
